• The home has achieved a positive CQC rating and maintained good relationships with all monitoring authority and visiting health professionals.
• The home has a low turnover of staff (look at reasons)
• The home has the following awards or working toward them: The Dignity in Care Award, GSF (Gold standards Framework),
• The Dementia Kite Mark Award, 6 steps to end of life care, or any other external awards.
• Is able to demonstrate and explain how Person Centred Care is practised in the home.
• Is able to demonstrate successful implementation of WINGS throughout the home.
• Is able to demonstrate how they have kept families informed about future activities and plans for the home and how they have provided customer service.
• The home has maintained commendable viable results over the last 12 months.
• Is able to gain three different residents/family members who will endorse the home.
