23 onley1news

Exciting news! We are delighted to announce that our latest multi-million-pound luxury care home development is underway. Kingsley Healthcare has partnered with Midlands-based Deeley Construction to build a 66- bedroom next-generation care home in Olney, Buckinghamshire. Scheduled to open in the Spring of next year, Olney Meadows has been designed by award-winning architects Condy Lofthouse and promises to deliver luxurious features usually reserved for top-class hotels.

Residents will enjoy ground-floor rooms with direct access to private patios, while others will have access to attractive terraces to support their wellbeing. The care home will boast a library, café, state-of-the-art cinema room, garden room, and therapy and wellness room. There will also be a private dining room for families to celebrate special occasions with residents, complete with gourmet meals prepared by the on-site chef.

Kingsley Healthcare is commissioning award-winning interior designers to bring the living spaces to life, with resident wellbeing as the top priority. The Olney care home, which is expected to generate over 100 well-paid jobs, marks the second project that Kingsley Healthcare has worked on with Deeley Construction, following the completion of Brackley Care Home in Northamptonshire in 2020.

Kingsley Healthcare's Chief Development Officer, Muj Malik, expressed pride in the innovative and aesthetically pleasing design that puts resident wellbeing at the forefront. Kingsley CEO Daya Thayan emphasised the company's mission to deliver first-class care homes that truly reflect and benefit the communities they serve. In addition to Olney, Kingsley Healthcare plans to open boutique luxury facilities in Bedford and Holt, north Norfolk, and progress next-generation care home schemes in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk, and Weymouth, Dorset.
