Eversley, Great Yarmouth
eversely nursing homes in great yarmouth, norfolk Eversley is an existing nursing home, focusing on Residential, Nursing and Palliative Care. This is the second oldest property within the Kingsley portfolio as well as the smallest – offering only 18 beds. Despite the limited space and resources, the home is one of the best performing in terms of governance, achieving a CQC outstanding in its Leadership category. It has also been recognised as a TOP 20 Recommended Care Home in East of England. The opportunity to grow and future proof the home arose when the adjacent hotel – Arden Court, came up for sale. Kingsley acquired this in 2016 and successfully achieved planning permission for a new 38 bed service.

The project will be delivered in 3 stages:
  • Demolition of Arden Court (planned April / May 2018)
  • Erection of half of the new build care home.
  • Decanting of existing residents to the new facility
  • Demolition of the Eversley Care Home
  • The completion of the second half of the new build.
