Daya Thayan, CEO of Lowestoft based care homes group Kingsley Healthcare, has been recognised at the HealthInvestor Power 50 awards for the third year running.

He said his recognition in the outstanding leader category reflected the “hard work and dedication of the entire Kingsley team”.
The outstanding leader category was won by Iain Anderson, group chief executive of NFA Group, the largest independent provider of children’s services in the UK.

Jane Ashcroft, chief executive of Anchor Trust, was announced as the grand prix winner, an award for the person deemed to have had the best year in health and social care.

Kingsley sponsored a new "ones to watch" category for up-and-coming players in the sector, which was won by Jayne Davey, chief operating officer of Voyage Care.
