Brooke House offers both residential care and specialised dementia care. Respite care is also offered subject to availability.
Brooke House is a beautiful Edwardian House set in four acres of grounds in the tranquil village of Brooke with all its local amenities. The home, set in an idyllic semi-rural location, serves the wider community surrounding this picturesque area, from southern Norwich to Bungay in the South, including Loddon, Chedgrave, Newton Flotman, Ponningland and Long Stratton.
This tasteful conversion allows residents to enjoy living in splendid surroundings that still give a real feeling of home. Our approach to care is we believe second to none, developing a programme of assistance and care that suits the needs and wishes of each resident as an individual.
In particular, residents who are experiencing memory loss benefit from arguably the most enlightened approach to dementia care that exists in the UK at the present time with our truly person centred approach.
We take pride in our menu, and we also place an emphasis in organizing activities that keep life fun and interesting for residents.
The home is very well appointed with private rooms and suites and pleasant common areas, dining room and lounges. As is the case with all Kingsley homes, our daily emphasis is on the care that our residents receive.
Older people that may be requiring care – and their relatives – are encouraged to visit us. It is the only way to truly get a feel for our home and how our belief in better care is put in action every day.
